So I have one of those wonderful exercise balls. Not only do I enjoy working out with it but it’s also great at the dinner table or at my desk.
My daughters of 5 months loves to bounce on it.
My only problem is that I don’t have a pump to pump it up. I used to take it to a fitness store down the road but they closed.
Can I use a regular bike bump? Do I need any special attachments for it?
Ug it turns my stomach thinking about having to pump this thing up myself as I have an odd phobia of blowing this up.

Re: Exercise ball
Thu, May 15, 2008 - 11:09 AMOurs needs the kind of pump that has a needle insert, like for a soccer ball...go to your local sporting goods store...if you use a manual pump, it is quite unlikely to blow up on you...good luck! -

Re: Exercise ball
Mon, May 19, 2008 - 12:38 PMExercise balls usually have one of two inflation systems. One being mentioned above. The sports ball inflation. The other being a plug. You would pull the plug out and put in a funnel shaped adapter that you attach to your normal pump. -
