So I have one of those wonderful exercise balls. Not only do I enjoy working out with it but it’s also great at the dinner table or at my desk.
My daughters of 5 months loves to bounce on it.
My only problem is that I don’t have a pump to pump it up. I used to take it to a fitness store down the road but they closed.
Can I use a regular bike bump? Do I need any special attachments for it?
Ug it turns my stomach thinking about having to pump this thing up myself as I have an odd phobia of blowing this up.

Ours needs the kind of pump that has a needle insert, like for a soccer ball...go to your local sporting goods store...if you use a manual pump, it is quite unlikely to blow up on you...good luck!

Exercise balls usually have one of two inflation systems. One being mentioned above. The sports ball inflation. The other being a plug. You would pull the plug out and put in a funnel shaped adapter that you attach to your normal pump.

Finding time to get back into shape after having a baby is hard work.
